H.M.R.C Fraud

Nikolich & Carter currently represent a defendant in a large scale V.A.T fraud being prosecuted by HMRC which relates to trading in scrap metals in excess of £4 million. The case involves 12 defendants, 40 businesses and chains of paperwork relating to deals spanning over 12 months. Nicola Carter with her extensive experience of preparing a strong defence case in such matters has been carefully preparing this case for trial for over a year and Mr. Nikolich, following his recent successes in Crown Court fraud cases as an advocate, is instructed as Junior Counsel.
